Most importantly.. Daft Punk will probably be listening to which ever one wins. I just found out about this like 32 hours ago. This is what I've been able to accomplish so far, but I need you guys' help. I have several fixes I plan on making that I list below. I've been mixing/composing since about 7 this morning... I can't listen to it anymore, have to sleep. I know this is sort of involved. Any input would be most appreciated. I sorta really want to win this. I have till tomorrow afternoon. 0:01 More space on the violin 0:42 Bandpass the bass at around 1kHz 0:51 Sweep the bandpass down and then open up top end 1:01 Roll off bass under the sample of the hi-hats (and fix the attack/decay) 1:17 Replace the drums entirely. LD? 707? 2:45 The claps (shitty verb, etc) and all the drum nonsense at the end needs to be adjusted, just don't know how to fix it. Also.. It's apparently not a popularity contest as I thought @sup, the 20 finalists are decided by popular vote, but the #1 slot is chosen by the music supervisor of the original Tron:Legacy soundtrack, out of *all* submissions.
