well I don't think these samples sound like shit at all. They just sound like regular "natural" (I mean with no FX) 808 samples. I don't own any hardware analogue rhythm-box so I can't tell the difference actually. As I said, I was just wondering !

 

Anyway they're kind of discrete in the mix and this position suits them well in the track, so...
