I left Peru when I was 10 due the the fact that my mum was a single mother with 3 children and uneducated so had to get help from her brother to immigrate in Australia. I'm 28 now - and my girlfriend keeps calling me "black" and "go back to your country" when we fight - I just laugh because she's not an aboriginal to Australia - she should shut up, though she was born here - oh oh I've gone cross-eyed.

  2. 84 hour work tour and of course my last night has to fuck me in the ass.

as a side note i'm at home now lying in bed naked with a cold drink. But i go back to work tomorrow morning.

also i might miss my friends stag as it is up north and also right now is summer time and it is batcock hard to get time off in the summer with my level of seniority.

    *batcock hard*

  3. Someone just left the following comment on one of my metal song snippets on soundcloud:

Instruments sound delicious but good lord this is way too loud

Isn't "way too loud" a compliment for a metal song?

why does volume make music any more valid? metal music is just as good quiet, but i'd rather the assault on my ears.

  4. I had a dream i was fishing in the canadian pacific northwest (aka my homeland) and i had hooked a salmon. fucker bailed and my hook managed to catch a bear in the mouth. it was a cub. i can't distinctly recall if it was a black or grizzly, but the bear looked at me as an equal. it dodged behind an early 1990s jeep cherokee, green. i shared this vague connection for a few seconds, and then the bear panicked, calling for his mom. the whole time i was scared shitless that his mother would come up behind me and skin my stupid ass. it didn't happen. Mom called at her son, to get him home, and he ignored. Now we have a mounted cub and a dead mother.. At the end of my dream i remember being driven off in the box of a pick up truck wondering how they were going to kill the bear.

I got out just in time, i saw them devil clouds in my rear view mirror.

but the evening i got home i read the news and heard about it and it was pretty surreal. also my bestest friends are in edmonton, so first world success?

on a lighter note there was a picture of the flooded town of High River. It was a picture of tiny-town High River completely flooded, cars up to their wind shields. I laughed because it was a picture of a town under water and the caption was "High River". *goes to hell*

    MEAN!

But yeah that's what I said too! If it had low river levels it would be called Low River. lol

I'm glad you got out in time. I'm going to pick up my brother communities across the street from him are being evacuated.

I have a buddy that I'm worried about.

I hope he or she is ok...

my thoughts are with everyone involved and even though i have a dumbass sense of humour i hope all is well. it seems that lives have been saved through awareness, but that says nothing for the damage that the flooding will cost in the end. talking with a few friends and, again, it's surreal. it rained here yesterday but the creek nearby didn't rise 154 meters.

and godspeed to you and your brother StephenG! Do a backflip when you get home.
