Leave it up to Usagi to equate a 4chan latino obsessed loser who decided to shoot up a Walmart with literal terror cells.
-
1) It is being called right wing extremism. That is commonly discussed on US media networks now. This has escalated rapidly now that it's become a simple way to shame conservative politicians.
2) People generally are more concerned with mass shootings, politically motivated or otherwise, than islamic threats currently. Maybe you'd feel this trend if you actually lived here. Islamic terror doesn't sell much anymore without wow-factor.
-
" this fact hasn't entered public consciousness because news media is still fixated on what sells, which is Islamic terrorism or threats from the outside "
-
Usagi you are delusional. This stuff has been all over the news.

Democrats need someone fairly moderate to win probably. I would wager that Biden is a mistake though.

Makes reading the thread history rather amusing. All of the collusion conspiracy.. -
This is why Trump won.

Been on a coffee kick lately. Bought a 3-cup moka pot, Aeropress (with steel mesh filter), electric kettle, and a Zassenhaus wooden manual grinder. I've been putting Sumatran Mandheling beans through them. I mainly brew strong concentrated coffee that I mix with whole milk, but sometimes drink it black too. The aeropress brew is smoother, while the moka makes a very bold flavor somehow.
I love coffee.

In my days of being both a psych consumer and producer, this thing called PPSSD wasn't really on the radar but now it's something to consider. Persistent Post-SSRI Sexual Dysfunction--junkyard woes even after discontinuation of the medication. So far it seems exceedingly rare and it's difficult to know if there isn't another source of the dysfunction. The population that takes these drugs can have other overlapping situations such as post-traumatic, dissociative or somatoform disorders that better explain the phenomenon.
I said all that to say to def don't take paxil just to hold off cummies lol. If you develop true anorgasmia, you never cum despite being hard/wet and it puts people in great distress. Everyone likes a little edging but this is on a whole new level.
Have your special friend suck the first one out and then 4play them up during your refractory and return to glory. Bang them out as many times as they will tolerate--you will be a champ by the last. There is that squeeze technique but that hurts and never worked for me.
Paxil is weird. I was put on it for nerve pains and after a couple weeks of taking it I started having difficulty jerking off. The mental tension and desire was there sorta. But it took really long, and the first orgasm I managed felt completely devoid of pleasure. It was such a weird feeling that I decided to stop taking it and threw it in the trash.

The Other Side of John McCain
If the paeans to McCain by diverse political climbers seems detached from reality, it’s because they reflect the elite view of U.S. military interventions as a chess game, with the millions killed by unprovoked aggression mere statistics, says Max Blumenthal.

I mention Earnest Voice because it's an actual attempt to create a weapon out of propaganda. The only intended use that we know of is to combat extremists, but like most US programs, it's held secret and no one really has any idea what it is used for. There may be other programs that we know of, but no one would know it anyway. Considering the US involvement in the election of Yeltsin in 1996, I think it's healthy to approach US intentions with a bit of skepticism. Even the CENTCOM commander is openly fearful of Russia like many of our politicians.
On the other hand the Internet Research Agency is quite small. Funny how a small troll factory pot stirring on social media makes Americans so paranoid. You can read about the indictments here: https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2018/02/rosenstein-mueller-indictment-russia/553601/
You're welcome to disagree, but the allegations in my opinion are not terribly profound. It's a far cry from nation state cyber warfare. Americans themselves post magnitudes more complete bullshit on social media everyday and if anything they are just adding a little bit to the stupid-stream.
Anyway, beyond US propaganda, it is worth considering that the United States is and has been interested in regime change around the globe. For better or worse I guess. We've made ourselves a target.

didn't think you were being snide, just thought you were questioning agaricus' questioning or something, wasn't trying to be rude in response either, hope I wasn't. all's good, nbd
No they don't have to be connected, don't think agaricus was getting at that? Just seemed an honest question to me.Do they have to be connected? It looks like they discovered he was doing some illegal shit while they were doing the investigation so they indicted him.
The only thing so far directly related to Trump has been Cohen's guilty plea of campaign finance abuse or whatever in which he names the candidate who became the president (they stop short of actually using Trump's name for legal reasons I think, because he's not been indicted yet....much like what happened with Nixon....hm....).
It was a rhetorical question. I wasn't trying to be snide. He literally asked "How do the Manafort and Cohen cases relate to the Russia collusion investigation?" They don't have to directly relate although they have a strategy they're working through.
Yeah, I wasn't trying to be provocative. I do not support Trump either, but mostly for other reasons (environmental policy, terrible appointments, and his general behavior). I did some looking last night, and found out the Stephen is right. It's Manafort's case that is the most interesting with regard to Russia I think. The court date for the relevant indictments is set for September I believe.
Anything Russia related I am particularly interested in. Ultimately I think it's in the best interest of both USA and Russia to improve relations rather than destroy them. In my opinion, the USA has done more to harm the relationship than Russia has after the Cold War and up until now. Russian government is probably not entirely innocent.
Russia is not a huge threat to the USA or the West in general. Their military small compared to ours, and their economy is much better than it was ever was, but not great either. Warheads are more of an insurance policy for nation states anyway. No one wants to use them, besides maybe NK but that's mostly hot air for now.
There's not much to gain by destabilizing the western nations. Russia would benefit from trade and cooperation with the West, and i've come to believe Vladmir Putin fully understands this. He's commonly characterized as a nostalgic KGB killer who laments the loss of Soviet rule and manipulates everyone he meets. This is crude and silly. It's entirely possible to be fond of the old days while also acknowledging catastrophe. You're welcome to disagree, but I don't think being an international villain is on his agenda.
Anyway, if either Donald or his gang did the crime, they should do the time. The 2016 election was an embarrassment even without Russian help.

How do the Manafort and Cohen cases relate to the Russia collusion investigation? Don't mean to bait a debate about this here. I'm just looking for the strongest evidence that we have currently.

Yes, it is totally logical that a business would commit suicide by email rather than simply rejecting applications and remaining closet racists (if racist at all).
It's very possible there was one idiot in charge of hiring having a bad day and sent the email. Not sure if you've ever worked at a place with people who do things, but sometimes the things certain people may do is very fucking stupid.
The name attached was one of their nurse practitioners. IMO, it was a pissed off former employee getting revenge or their password was just weak and someone decided to harass them.
How does the World view America these days?
