Dubliner cheese. For whatever reason my parents always bring up a brick of glorious god created dubliner cheese when they come to my apartment. It's basically my crack. Doesn't microwave well but it can be grilled pretty good on a burger or whatever shit you throw on grills. Fuckin yum.
