Hope this is posted in the right section of this forum, i.e. hope I'm not gonna get flamed:

Received this email from Chris Jeffs, it'll be of interest to Cylob fans:

Hi Crew,

it's Chris / Cylob here, on a mass-mailing tip.

You're getting this mail because you contacted me at some point during the last couple of years about my music. Thus I presume you're interested to know about the latest news! I'm not going to send you any more mails like this after today, although I have just created a mailing list, but you will have to opt in to that, details are below.

1. New releases on bleep.com.

2. New canal films available for download.

3. Guaging interest in short-run CD's.

4. Mailing list now operational.

5. Cylob.com auf Deutsch.

----------

1. Cylob Industries has launched, with the single "Rock The Trojan Fader" and album "Trojan Fader Style" on bleep.com (http://www.bleep.com/?label=Cylob%20Industries) and Rough Trade Digital (http://www.roughtradedigital.com/label.php?label=Cylob%20Industries). Both stores have MP3s for sale, and bleep also has FLAC for the audiophiles. All releases are easily previewed so you can try before you buy - not like the olden days!

2. New canal films featuring tracks from Trojan Fader Style and forthcoming release Bounds Green are now viewable and downloadable: http://cylob.blogspot.com/2007/07/winter-and-spring.html.

3. I have been asking who might be interested in buying a limited edition CD of the existing or forthcoming releases: http://cylob.blogspot.com/2007/07/gauging-interest.html. You are welcome to get in touch with any opinions.

4. A mailing list has been set up - as mentioned above, nobody is going on it unless they sign themselves up! I'm not interested in selling your email address to any spam gangsters, I just want to nag you from time to time about new releases or gigs or whatever. All you have to do is send a blank email to cylobnews-subscribe@durftal.com and follow the instructions. If you run into any problems please let me know.

5. Cylob.com auf Deutsch: http://www.cylob.com/home_b.html. Japanese, French and Russian will hopefully follow.

Thanks for reading, take it easy,

Chris.
