From what I can tell it's a followup to that one ("When the Levee Broke".), sort of detailing how "repairing" the city was just as much of a disaster. It looks like the oil spill will be tacked on in part two. Some great and truly moving interviews here - albeit a little predictable. having just landed this side of the globe, I have come to realize how brilliant HBO is...
