Dog of the Sky - 1999

I remember my dad and I back in 1999 or 2000 set up this tape machine. I recorded some of my favorite songs from the time onto a tape. We went to the boat and watched fireworks for July 4. I recall listening to this tape over and over (and over) again that day and while the fireworks went off. The music is mostly big beat and electronic from the 90s. Leftfield, The Prodigy, and lesser-knowns such as Monkey Mafia and Boom Boom Satellites.

 

 

So, today I found the tape and was wondering what it was. I put it in and remembered. I found it interesting so I decided to put together a weird 'cassette mix' of this music. The sound quality is low but it is rather fun to listen to.
