Shuffle / swing for Ableton?

Guys any idea how you can get some shuffle and swing into beats in Ableton without the usual tricks one would employ. Be swell if there was a midi plugin' that did some sort of 909 style shuffle.

In ableton its called "groove". When you select a midi clip, in the bottom left corner there is a "groove pool". You can then select a menu with lots of classic swing styles. You drag the grove from the menu into the clip and then you can play with dry/wet, quantize, timing and random.

Its sorta a hard thing to master, but the number next to the groove name is the intensity ... that being said 60 is pretty low and 90 is pretty high.
