Guest illfly mandog Posted August 3, 2011 Share Posted August 3, 2011 In ableton its called "groove". When you select a midi clip, in the bottom left corner there is a "groove pool". You can then select a menu with lots of classic swing styles. You drag the grove from the menu into the clip and then you can play with dry/wet, quantize, timing and random. Hope that helps.
