Here are some songs I made under the northern Canadian inspired name Trapline Jams. At this point in my musical career, casual recognition from people I don't know is the equivalent of going on a nationwide tour.

They are pretty upbeat songs, with a fair amount of detail for repeated listens. Each song is a pretty different style from the rest. Any kind of comments are more than welcome.

my advice to you is to make an entire record of 'secret springs' with minimal, watermarked, weather worn, muffled, distressed beats. the bird at the end is masterwork friend

edit: 'dusty wind' is really beautiful too

I listened to the embeded track and I have to say I didn't care much for the saw wave bass. Other than that one instrument....Loved it, especially the intro.

Thanks for the comments people! The birds track is actually a field recording from the forest where I live. Went out there at about 5am when I couldn't sleep and that is what I heard. I should give credit on that song to the harpist I ripped off of youtube.

I agree - I enjoyed your more ambient works, focus on those! They'll differentiate you far more than dubstep will.
