Rotten from inception. Sometimes public-opinion changes around intrusive sculptures/buildings like this. I'd bet a lot of people thought the London Eye looked crass and stupid, but it's kind-of universally appreciated now. Same with the Gherkin. I don't think I ever cared, but everyone seems to have gotten over it. But that change of opinion won't happen with this. Every way you look at it, it's shit.
