sorry about the fucking clicks it's a bug with Buzz's recorder

ooohhhh, is that what causes the clicks? Because they've been all over my buzz tracks for years now, to the point where people have called it a part of my sound

anyways, this here track. As I've said in the past you have a way of making this sound work for you - the hella dry vsts, the bizarre time signatures, the synth lines that meander on & on seemingly without rhyme or reason. It should sound like crap but in a lot of cases it ends up being this weirdly compelling un-music that sounds like it was made by aliens.. And gotta admit, given yer output volume, sometimes it don't work, but here it mostly does!

Particularly I like that out of tune pad that adds a sense of order to the synth melody that would probably have gotten grating just on it's own. And actually that's my main gripe with the track - after that pad leaves around the 6 minute mark the track continues on for nearly as long, & that part drags for me a bit. It still works whenever it hits a particularly odd squelch but generally speaking I felt like I got the whole show in the first half, gnome sayin?

The minimalism here is nice. Actually, you should keep the clicking sounds too, they give it some feeling of curiosity. There is something about the sweeping pads that is resonating though, and not in a good way.

I'd definitely recommend to turn down the synth that comes in around 1:25, it really swallows up the rest of the mix and like Cryptowen said when it leaves it really leaves a big hole for the rest of the track. Nonetheless it's certainly an interesting composition.
