Maybe some of you guys may need it from time to time, also. Anyway, I've found a few sites that have decent selections of tracks for corporate media purposes. There's a large library where an album is usually $100. Some of them have stems you can mix in the app itself and you put in the length of the cue that you need. So let's say you want a country western ditty that needs to resolve itself in 43 seconds, it will do it. You need it extended to 8 minutes? Sure. You need it to be in a more pensive mood? They have big catalogues and are expanding all the time.
