It's hard to give feedback when you're just going for chaos :P If this wasn't chaos, I'd say it needs a motif... besides the distortion. Maybe turn the distortion down a bit, so we can hear the other stuff in the background better. Maybe section off the periods where you have the distorted snare sound thing, so it's not continuous throughout, for more variety in the track.
