Probably my favourite AE live recording.  Great blend of "acoustics" of the space, crowd reaction and autechre savagery from the Oversteps tour.

I experienced the London leg of the tour (the last date I think?) and had already heard a couple of the tour bootlegs by that point, but the live experience was something else.  The bass pressure and packed crowd was something else.

 

Experienced the set in Amsterdam days before (bad acoustics to me, maybe because I was in the back of the crowd close to the door @ ‘The Melkweg’).  I was mind-blown when I heard the first Brussels recording. But I missed the details. The second recording has loads of details (which showed up years later) but very dry and missing the acoustics. I was not present at Brussels. Hopefully I did justice. I Guess  .. You had to be there.
