DJ I'm using the I need a DJ name thread to pump my postcount because I have nothing else to contribute to this forum, I'm really sorry about that

  2. I wanted to heat up 2 frozen hamburgers, you know the kind that have already been cooked and have a very uniform taste and shape, but I was afraid to run into one or more housemates while using the kitchen but then realized they'd fit in my breadtoaster so I made them in the toaster and had them with some mayonnaise and CFO (Crispy Fried Onions) and they were pretty alright.

Maybe this is more of a stupid first world solution than a problem, sorry.

The problem is that this post would be better with a picture of the toaster but it's too much hassle to upload a picture, taking it is no problem.

I hate it when people use an acronym and then explain what it stands for, seems to defy using acronyms.

  3. Casimir Pulaski Day and Romulus are in my top 5 Sufjan Stevens songs, I wish he'd do more stuff like that. I like Seven Swans but there's no track that hits me as hard as my favourites from Illinois or Michigan.

I've seen him live once about 2 years ago I think, I went in not expecting too much and definitely not expecting him to play the touchy feely stuff I like and had a pretty good experience, liked the expansiveness of the show which had loads of dancers and musicians without getting too much of an orchestrated feel and it was apparent he's a really talented musician and bandleader.

  4. I dreamed I was being trained to learn how to 'mountainbike' by two Americans.

In this case the mountainbiking involved going round on a pretty short but very muddy track with lots of sharp turns, you were allowed to kick other contestants as well as try to push/pull them over to either get them out of the game entirely or at least slow them down considerably.

It didn't go well at first because it seemed almost impossible to peddle as everything was way too heavy and there was too much mud but somewhere during the second round I figured out my speed wasn't that important, it was much more important to focus on getting rid of the others.

I've know idea why it was significant that it were Americans training me, they just very obviously were.

  5. Cool, thanks for the info Herr Jan!

That Hornorkesterer remix is pretty cool, really like those 303-y vocal samples.

I'd still be slightly, though pleasantly, surprised to run into Fenriz during a Monika Kruze set.

Wonder if he'd have a good time at Awakenings...
