What bugged me as a russian is that a lot of russians spoke russian with an accent, which is lame. They couldn't even hire proper russians ffs. The main scientist guy's accent (Alexei) was constantly bugging me as if he was not a native speaker... lo and behold, he is some British bloke that was born in Russia but moved to the UK at a young age. And if you look through the cast on imdb you'll find lots of people like him. half-russians or whatever. Not authentic
I couldn't agree more with this, and I believe it's reminiscent of my complaint that The Lord of the Rings did not contain real dwarf actors, instead doing the cop out CGI of big name actors. Did nobody see Willow?

the skipping breakfast way works for me as I don't get so hungry. I tried skipping dinner instead for a while but ended up crazy hungry and eating anyway. If it works it works.

Yeah I did do that, it didn't really get me very far though so I got a Fitbit and count every-fucking-thing I eat every day. I also don''t eat till 12pm.
It's kinda tough in the mornings, but I'm already seeing positive results so fair dos. I find the wholewheat in the pasta great for my gut flora.
I wouldn't really recommend eating pasta every day though, I now alternate with fresh veg stir fry made without oil. Fresh fruit is good too.
