If it killed a bunch of Isis, then fine, id say the world is a better place without them.
The problem is the president. He's so desperate to be loved that if he gets positive feedback for military aggression I think you can be sure there'll be more and more of it. The middle east is already a clusterfuck.

wonder how long it will take for trump to calibrate just how much military aggression is the right amount to make him popular again
the problem is - he's made it clear he's handed a lot of the responsibility for these decisions to the military itself - he'll claim the "successes", and disown the mistakes

I played about 5 hours of the andromeda demo and it was all a bit meh. The writing is pretty bad, I'll wait till it's cheaper

just finished horizon zero dawn, for a game that steals most of its ideas from other games its pretty good. The writing wasn't even terrible in parts, and it even had some vaguely interesting sci-fi ideas

Finally got started on the Witcher 3 expansions, pretty good, but holy cow I'm so tired of hearing those same tunes over and over. I guess I played the vanilla game for too long.
Turn the music off. I did that real early - I prefer it. The only music you hear is the music played by npcs in the cities and taverns.

Playing horizon zero dawn. Strangely underwhelmed even though it seems like I shouldn't be.
The witcher 3 comparisons got my hopes up (I can see which bits they've appropriated but the quest design so far is stock standard and I'm not convinced about the writing)

I only just realised season 3 of review (the andy daly american version) is out - so i'm rewatching the old series first
