  1. Infected Mushroom - Friends on Mushrooms Deluxe Edition, Legend of the Black Shawarma, Vicious Delicious All 3 albums have really grown on me. While at first I really thought it was too dramatic a departure from the psytrance style they held from the late 90s through about 2005 when their best album came out (IMO - IM the Supervisor is their best work), I can hear now they evolved their sound to incorporate lyrics, guitars, and with Friend on Mushrooms, even some dubstep styles. While I generally do NOT enjoy dubstep types, I really think they blended it well with some more classical electronic styles. Vicious Delicious might be on par with IM The Supervisor as well.....great stuff all around Jurassic 5 - Power in Numbers. Very enjoyable album. Runs a bit long with 17 tracks, but some of their best songs on here like Freedom, and Remember His Name. 2nd favorite Hip Hop act after Deltron 3030. Ulrich Schnauss - A Strangely Isolated Place. I am going to have to buy my own copy of this and soon...it's too good to not have on demand! Loved it.
  2. Have to add this, between the "quacking" sound effects randomly throughout the song, and the "rapping" from this guy sounding like he is constipated or somethin...
  3. Interesting bunch of listens! I haven't heard all of those, but I totally agree with you on Second Toughest in the Infants, GREAT album, for me if they switched out the track Rowla with a different version of that tune found on the Pearl's Girl EP, "Cherry Pie", album would be 10/10 for me. The album before that, Dubnobasswithmyheadman, also terrific. Unfortunately, IMO they went downhill pretty fast after that and there wasn't an enjoyable album (for me) to come. Agree on the Autechre, love LP5. I was never really a Chemical Brothers fan, I just remember everyone saying Dig Your Own Hole was the greatest album, and to me it was fine, with a few pretty good tracks but a lot of mediocre sounding stuff. I'm not sure what it is but a lot of sounds they used on that album were really displeasing to my ears. I also tried the album Come With Us, but I hated it. I haven't really put in the time to listen to Exit Planet Dust all the way through even today.
  4. Please tell me that is a real movie haha!
  5. Arguably the best song on J5's best album
  6. Busted out Orbital - Snivilisation the other day for a car ride. I'd say overall most of it aged pretty well, I'd still give it a solid "B". My 4 year old son really liked it and has it in his cd player at bedtime now
  7. I almost died laughing so hard at this video. Amazing. By the way, this was the very next song on the playlist your video was on...also worth a listen
  8. Can't believe no one has posted this...
  9. Hey, I signed up for WATMM like 5 years ago but never really posted. just came back yesterday, and found this thread and it is amazing! However, I have to question this - is this being Ironic, or are you really equating a decent Infected Mushroom tune from one of their best albums to the unarguably terrible pieces of shit posted throughout this thread? I actually paid 5 bucks for a yearly subscription just so I could reply to this :) Regardless, love this site, I have listened to electronic music since about 1997 when I started Junior High. I'm about the only person I know who really enjoys it so this site is like an oasis, I will have to keep coming back
