  1. I've only just bought this on wax as I had no spare cash until now. I think this is the best thing I've heard so far this year. A stunning album, and different to what I was initially expecting. I would love to have the bonus album too, but I guess I may have missed out. Maybe the mu crew will be kind enough to stick the bonus CD in with my order if they have any left?

  2. MINE EARS HAVE HEARD THE GLORY

Has no one realised that the Contact SD card comprises of 5.1 surround sound encoded WAVS?

This has been playing for the last couple of days on my surround sound system, totally immersive sound - track 6 is epic. The last 5.1 album I picked up was 'Surrounded' by Tipper, Contact easily surpasses it.

If you look closely at the (tiny) label, it states 192K 24BIT WAVE 5.1 (ITU 775). Had to google the last bit:

International Telecommunications Union, Operational Bulletin No. 775: The setup calls for 5 identical speakers to be equidistant from the listener along the arc of a circle with the centre channel in the front at 0 degrees, the left and right at +/- 30 degrees and the left and right back surrounds at +/- 110 degrees.

I would love to hear that. So gutted I missed out on this!

  3. I like that about this music...I have fav tracks, but I more often than not stick on a whole level and enjoy from start to finish. maybe we are not supposed to get our head around it? maybe colundi is meant to wash over us, subtly rearranging our molecular structure until we are more in tune with ourselves and those around us? I got the clone vol 1 vinyl but haven't listened to it yet. It'll be interesting to listen to this collection of tracks from all these different levels and see if my experience of the music differs compared to listening to a single level at a time.

  4.

Sent an email to Legowelt via the address on his site

By the way, didn't mean to imply there was a damn thing he could do about it, just thought he might want to know it was going on. Can't imagine artists having time to actually monitor their discogs entries! They've got better things to do like making great music, but us fans gotta do something I suppose...

Thanks for your efforts dude. It also saddens me to see artists get ripped-off.

  5. Yeah, very nice. Don't have it yet so will grab the files off bandcamp now they're up.

Also, I hadn't listened to Rising Sun Systems for ages but put it on last week. I've listened to it every night since then. It seems to have gotten even better since I heard it just after it came out. It is ridiculously good and prob my fav Nightwind release so far. Almost perfect IMHO.

  6. Only got halfway through it on my morning run but sounds promising: https://thump.vice.com/en_us/track/thump-mix-legowelt
