Just went shopping in New York City all day, but I got too sweaty and got hives.

There isn't a Burger King or a Taco Bell in town, I'm sick of McDonalds and Taco Johns
Haha This! My town is exactly the same.
I'm on vacation and am gaining a lot of weight, despite walking over a mile/day.

Was out in the desert in the 1800's with a village of people. I think we were in the middle of a horrible civil war. We had once been a great nation, but I think Daniel-Day-Lewis as the Butcher from Gangs of New York had screwed us all over. Our water supply had recently been poisoned and we were all out of food. After scavenging for food with a small party out in the desert, we returned to the village. Kids were dieing in the street, and our enemies were showing up to slaughter the rest of our population. I knew there was no way we could win.
So I said, "Fuck this", grabbed my jetpack, and blasted off into the air. Then I was like, why use a jetpack when I can just fly. So I flew onto a flying futuristic train. I entered the train and saw my girlfriend and then fucked her.
And then I woke up.

lets upload our collection, see how much we can keep going.
i have the death of rave.
Anyone have V/vm 365? I never got to listen to any of it.
-
I just wish he gave us a warning so I could've downloaded what I wanted from the archive. I'm cool with his new direction, I love the Leyland Kirby tracks. But. Kirby used to be V/vm, and I feel it's stupid that he feels the need to distance himself from it.
Also, I think it's unfair to any artists that were on his label. I was going to buy some Al Duvall this week.

Woah! Hey sup.

I'm pretty angry. I was hoping to buy the "Christmas Cracker" and "Fan Dabi Dazi". Both the archive and the store are gone. I asked Kirby what happened and he said:
"Website is down for good, 28.400 style... site had to be pulled down to refocus. It's unlikely anything will be for sale for the forseeable future. We never say never though. Have a good holiday captain."
I loved that website.

I don't like trap and release because I forget to check the traps, and then they starve to death.
I use "humane" traps. I also don't have to look at the dead mouse because it's a covered trap.

Leyland Kirby - Sadly, The Future Is No Longer What It Was
Oh yea, duh. I couldn't remember what "Ambient" I'd been listening to recently.

Didn't read thread, but The Buried Stream by Of is my favorite. Underground Cloud is excellent.
It's a brilliant mix of nature and that industrial sound (Think Merzbow's Merzzow), with two very mellow musical interludes thrown in through the album. Definitely recommend it.

Only three dollars at a local music store, you see.

I like the crickets and the crackly sound when she talks.

I was totally a geek but not unpopular.. just a misfit. I think I spent most of high school making crazy b-movies with friends and drawing comic books in social and health classes (I found school way too easy mostly) and making splatter-fest dumbass computer games in qbasic, as well as arguing with my technophobic teachers constantly.
Sums me up as well. Except I went to a very small school (Midwest U.S.), so it was hard to be a loner. Had a couple really good friends, and got along with mostly everyone in my grade.
I was also an opinionated cunt. Oh wait, still am.

Gorillaz - The Swagga

1. the campfire head phase is pretty shitty in general
2. the old tunes were never released and never meant to be heard because the quality was not up to par
MY POINT STILL STANDS
No.
-
Eh, i don't mind it. It beats some of those old tunes.

I had a dream I was talking to Sean Connery about scotch. I asked him what he thought a good quality scotch was and he said, "It's not about the quality so much as the quantity". And then I woke up. I wonder if Sean Connery can enter people's dreams.
