those instrumentals on soundcloud are horrible, same with the free 3 tracks Clark recently released, where he turns Kayne West into a Burial sample, but badly..

I have my pluggin on chrome and I can download the 128 version,
on safari I have no pluggin nothing and no download,
but it'll come, let's not start talking about download buttons again

Yeah, as far as I know this is unprecedented. I've heard of other artists doing something akin to this, but on this scale? Not even close. To quote someone from here whose name I can't recall (maybe you?)

Well I think a few other artists have done things like this before: V/Vm to mention one, plus there was a site called mp3it that released vast arrays of live shows / albums for free download. And ubuweb has plenty of old albums / material from a variety of artists too, to name another.
But it's still awesome anyway! I'm not complaining about free AFX.

but it's the unexpected, live experience that I truly love,
it just starts, and by the time you've listened to a track, a new one pops up, you don't know when it'll end, until the new soundcloud email.

but I love this kind of music release relationship,
I mean, I'd pay a lot / month just to get like a track a week or more, just depending of his inspiration.
An AFX Subscription, he gets the money and does what he wants, no need for album or singles or whatever. just what the artist wants and does in the moment, from demos to live tracks to fully mastered EPs...

it's funny how, the energy and flood of comments in upcoming albums threads, before, during and after leaks,
is magnified x1000 in this thread. It's constantly leaking, always surprising, always evolving, in real time.
this is amazing, I can't put a word on it yet, but this is an experience I'll never forget, and that it to me, truly groundbreaking in our era of Vulnicura leaks and Beyonce 'surprise' LPs.

I wanted to play a bit of Dying light, which I just got, but I just can't.
I'll find something to do on the computer just to be get all this live (watmm's reactions are a big part of the experience !)
