    it's the kind of film which plays a formula by the numbers and every other character has a "unique foreign made-up accent" and a vested interest in something you don't care about.

    Watched 10 minutes of this. Couldn't focus after the first 3 minutes. Left the room, got back 10 minutes later and turned it off.

    New dough recipe and my first experiment making a "poolish" (prefermented dough). Made the pizza lot easier to chew and digest. The dough was crazy delicate to handle and I fucked the first one up badly by stretching it too thin.
    The dough proofed for 16 hours. Gonna make a new batch tonight to determine whether or not it's worth the wait.

    I need to be fairly organized or at least try to be so I can get some work done. But it can be a fucking mess when I'm busy. You can barely see it, but there's actually a frying pan, that I recorded the sound of for a tv commercial, hidden somewhere in that photo

    Almost done with the new studio. Still need to set up my rear speakers and there's some pretty nasty flutter right above my listening postion which makes sense when you look at the naked ass walls right above the long absorbers. So I need to build some extra absorbers and maybe two extra clouds.
    But it's finally sounding a LOT better!
