I know I'm just inserting myself over this 16/24 debate but I have to say that it was somewhat of a mistake that I bought Ceephax's "United Acid Emirates" at the same time as "Oversteps" because the immediacy of our boy Jenkinson. He's a cracking good blowjob complete with right hand play and all while "Oversteps" is like slipping into a cool, crystalline multi-faceted vagina that will soon feel like it should but for now is elusive.

Anyway, I killed all the lights & distractions and gave it a whirl on my headphones tonight. I'm loving this album. Not sure how I'd rank it compared to something like Draft. But I'm shit at, and don't care about comparing. This is just fantastic, enjoy pretty much every track. And I haven't even listened to this stoned.

I think the digital-analog-digital conversion is very plausible. I don't have the files anymore but I can't remember seeing frequency cutoff on those m4a files. At least not like 128kbps or even v2.

There's an encoding error in the file but you can skip past it to hear the rest. Or transcode it to lossy if you can be bothered.
