i dunno, when i saw it at the cinema, the water bubbles and light particles and what not in those slowed down sequences popped right out in front of my face, like i could touch them. that didn't happen when i watched it on my 3d tv (55"). i tried both side by side 3d and top to bottom too, but nope. still pretty good, but not cinema good.

i can't even begin to describe how fucked up this whole situation is. the injustice and level of corruption and pure stupidity displayed throughout this doc is just mindblowing. how the fuck does anything like this even happen?

star wars 7 - pure joy. i don't care about the minor flaws or the fact that it's basically a new hope all over again. i've never felt happier walking out of a movie theater. just so, so fucking awesome.

amazing film. like squee said, stressful as fuck.
edit: just learned that the 2h 20min single take wasn't faked (like birdman), but it was actually just one long take.
Director Sebastian Schipper said that it took three attempts to find the right take, the first was boring, like "make an american watch a soccer game with a 0-0 tied score", the second take was too much chaos and the third was the one.nuts.

that mic (JJLabs, swedish brand) is over 10 years old and is probably not being made anymore. can't remember how much it cost but it's definitely nothing fancy. does the job though. even a cheap condenser mic is definitely better for recording stuff than your phone.

struggling to finish fallout 4. i dunno, i was really enjoying it at first, but not so much anymore for some reason ..the story / quests just aren't that interesting. almost at the end though, like 3 or 4 more main missions ..
