  1. porridge:

     

    using a coffee grinder i grind:

     

    -chia seed

    -pumpkin seed

    -hemp

    -quinoa

     

    then i mix that in a bowl with:

     

    -coconut water

    -young coconut

    -raisons

    -cinnamon

    -nutmeg

    -agave

    -sliced turkish apricots

    -bananas

     

     

    i went swimming early this morning and then ran and hiked for

    several hours. this is an amazing dish for building muscle after a work out.

  2. Meat Beat Manifesto - Subliminal Sandwich (disc 1)

     

    i'm going to listen to disc 2 right now

     

    (listened to disc 1 yesterday)

    Sometimes this feels way too long! Today was one of those days.

     

     

    i must say, in all honesty.... that i like disc 2 better then disc 1.

     

    .....long is the sandwich and wide is the blim that lead to disc 2

     

     

    ('transmission' is amazing )
