Love that cover

I watched them all, at the end of each not really thinking I'd bother watching the next..... But it happened each time; can't really say why?
Started Ray Donovan - too early to say with constant frowning and being moody about one thing or another / 10

Wicked cool.

Good stuff! I quit Netflix for a few months while I go through box sets I get from Sky. Looking forward to plunging back in and catching things like this!

Finally got round to watching Eraserhead. Was in a way similar to how I expected, can't say that'll be the last time I watch it due to both interest and enjoyment. There were a couple of things that seem like they've been nabbed from the film for some of the episodes of the new Twin Peaks. The tree and ball bag thing from Twin Peaks come to mind.

I watched it recently and did enjoy it, didn't seem aged to me. Gonna watch the next season at some stage but heard that's nowhere near as good, maybe not even worth watching???

Started watching Game of Thrones as it seems I'm the only one I know who hasn't. 5/6 episodes in and most of the time I have no fucking idea who anyone's talking about but it's pretty deece.
Also titties!!
Juggling that with new Twin Peaks (fuck yes) and Mr Robot S2.
All good stuff along with going from start to finish of Fast N Loud. So much good stuff to watch right now.

Just started watching Veep. Wasn't expecting much but my trust is pretty much always there for Armando Iannucci. Yeah it's pretty good, emulates Thick Of It very well.

just been down to aldi and picked these up for 99p each...might be shit, might be nice...will report back later
Would definitely give the Red Rye IPA a go. Would give me a reason to go to Aldi if you say it's any good.

Damn it's already closed. I say already, maybe two days is a lot?

Franz Kafke - The Castle.
Reading after getting fairly into The Trial. This is currently working in the same vein which I quite like. Haven't noticed how far I am through as it's part of a collection in a single book and haven't looked ahead. Guess I'm about half way. Enjoying so far.

Back on Sopranos from the beginning as it's come up on Sky box sets. This'll be my 5th or 6th complete watch.
Also Boardwalk Empire is on there and I didn't really make it past the 1st season, would like to try again.
People Just Do Nothing - Quite a few friends who have seen this absolutely love it. It's OK and I keep watching it.
-
Son of Saul - A dark and disturbing, no holds barred depiction of life in Auschwitz. Closely follows a guy who works there and his struggle to get a dead child a proper burial with a Rabbi. Proper heart wrenching but a great watch.

I had a go at that last week, they did a small release of a few of the game modes but I presume this'll be bigger. I'm gonna give it a go, it's got potential.

About half way through Fortitude S1. No idea how I missed this when it came out but it's pretty damn awesome. Like a take modern take on Twin Peaks, not saying it's anything like how the new Twin Peaks will be though.

That's probably the best review I've ever seen.

After quite a while of being single managed to set up a date with a friend of a friend's sister who seems really nice. Has come just before I was about ready to try online dating.
Here's hoping I don't sit there in silence and force her to escape out the toilet windows in disgust.
