He did a mix on Sand Circles' internet radio show and it's excellent. No fucking clue what any of the tracks are, all seems to be 80s era new beat and synthwave stuff.
11 unreleased tracks on his tumblr too
https://hightechhighlife.tumblr.com/Awesome mix. Only recognize Yaz's "Don't Go" and Ultravox's "Mr. X".

Loving this band

That Bandcamp piece really isn't that bad.. I've seen much, much worse. And totally cool with Lee's thoughts; kind of lame to fault an artist for providing a conceptual framework in an interview setting.
Listening to the EP now; sounds dope! Interested to hear how this will morph over the next two.

Huge fan. Massive gamechanger for me. Sensate Focus, SND, all the Mark Fell solo stuff, it's all great.
I'm still trying to start a massive social media riot to out Boiler Room as a cowardice exploitative (they don't pay artists) censorship group because they denied the existence of a liveshow Mark Fell did with Russell Haswell, NHK'Koyxen and someone else (can't recall atm). I've contacted them a bunch of times through different channels and the only thing they ever replied to me about it was "Mark didn't do a set that night".
Needless to say, I (and some other chatmmers) saw the entire gig live on the stream as it happened. Mark Fell was leaning against a wall looking extremely bored like always, chewing gum and making bubbles with it while playing the most stupid corny 80's dance tracks pre-mixed in something like Audacity. One track I recall was just in the left channel, the next one in the right channel, etc. Obvious statement against current DJ culture / Boiler Room world. It was the most punk thing I've seen in ages.
I decided to email Mark Fell about it some years ago and this was his reply:
hiI definitely did "DJ" that evening. I think they just got quite upset because it didn't fit their agenda. I'm not sure if the footage still exists but I don't have a copythanks for your email and reminding me of this :)markahaha so great. luv u, mark

Almost forgot to check my adobe slats... Don't miss out on this!
$10 to see the Myriad show at Merriweather Post Pavilion on October 13th.
This event is now freeeeeeeee
Opn please never play festivals again.
The myriad show I saw in Paris was brilliant.
Can't wait for the quantum bits from this free show to affect your past experience.

I've not been trying too hard because I don't want to ruin the track but I don't hear the similarities between Toys 2 and My Heart Will Go On :/
Yeah, I don't really hear it either..

Blow by Blow feels to me like a sideways "Merry Christmas Mr Lawrence", which, given OPN's rework of a Ryuichi Sakamoto piece makes total sense for connecting the dots.
+1 on the Sakamoto vibes. My favorite of these new ones.

I think Dan posted snippets of Myriad rehearsals on his Instagram stories last night. Feeling those jams way more than "Black Snow" at the moment.. Hope the music from Myriad gets released.
Also, lol @ dropping "quasi-agrarian" in that RB podcast.

i've just found out that baseline response test was written by ryan gosling himself. imo that test is the most original thing i've seen lately AND IT CAME FROM GOSLING...amazed!

I thought this was from Vladimir Nabokov's Pale Fire, oder?
Here's a shot from the 2049 book where Gosling talks about the delivery though:
Finally saw this last weekend; truly loved it. Went in thinking it be too much of a rehash in every way, but was gripped the entire time. Can't wait to binge on dem speshul feetches

Fuck this is good. Audio equivalent of an Unreal Tournament death match between Autechre, James Ferraro, and Tiesto.
Favorites right now are "Child of Rage," "Animals," and "Lift."
