Guest Adjective Posted July 27, 2007 Share Posted July 27, 2007 just a little experiment Adjective - Your browser does not support the HTML5 audio tag Gracie Stare length - 2:33 size - 2.6 megs i kept a metronome in my headphones going, drummed on objects in my room into a recorder in different takes, each percussion part was done blind in this way. then i combined them, uncut (except the beginnings to line them up) they drift a lot, so it's got an either charming or annoying swing i guess. then in Renoise ... made a very basic melody with a large ceramic bowl that sounds sort of bell-like used my voice for the bass and a few extra sounds here and there that've been sitting on my recorder for a while gracie is my friend's dog, she's in one of the recordings Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
