there's a difference between "done" and "conceptualized." i'd say penison used one when he meant the other

 

well even the latter is not true, Stockhausen may have thought of a lot of his ideas on his own but quite a few of the one's he's widely credited for were conceptualized by someone else before him like George Anthiel, and Edgard Varese.
