I dunno but I would assume at some point during the intercourse you hit a peak horniness and if you haven't cum and that starts to die off, then I guess you just resign to the fact that you're not going to cum? This is loosely based on an experience I had when very drunk and couldnt feel a thing, but she would NOT stop till I cum, I think it took about one hour fourty five minutes, but I got there eventually, half asleep.
