Guest Benedict Cumberbatch Posted September 8, 2009 Share Posted September 8, 2009 someone i know "came out" as this last year and is currently kind of inbetween. its confusing and i keep using the wrong him/her/he/she etc. and introductions are insane. definition from wikipedia: Transgender is the state of one's "gender identity" (self-identification as woman, man, or neither) not matching one's "assigned sex" (identification by others as male or female based on physical/genetic sex).
