I'm on 90gb a month, 45 on peak (9am to 2am) and 45 off peak (2am to 9am). Costs AU$50 a month but even with scheduling downloads its hard not to accidently go over the on peak limit and be reduced to 10kb/s download for the remainder of the month during the waking hours.
