OneToThirtySix Posted March 31, 2010 Author Share Posted March 31, 2010 It means, "C is for..." as in "C is for Cookie", which is obvious - this emoticon is meant to convey a similar meaning, as in what the user is referring to is bleedingly obvious, and also can contain an element of sarcasm, equivalent to "no duh". Well, the guy that did mine said "steakhouse", and I was comfortable with that, but ironically, I was already in a gay bar called "The Straight and Narrow," which I had mistaken for a synagogue that I entered solely to see if I would be struck by lightning.
