It's foggy, the sun isn't coming through, but it's okay. cruising for burgers Posted January 15, 2011 Share Posted January 15, 2011 at some point this reminded me of twin peaks, @ 1:03 when the back atmosphere pitches down, there's some jazzy feeling to it also, it's that spacey brass instrument. i like it!!! Thanks! The spacey brass instrument is in fact a korg monotron with some reverb. Angelo Badalamenti (he did the Twin Peaks soundtrack in case you don't know) is an inspiration for me, or just the era of of good synth soundtracks, so that this reminds you of twin peaks is some what of a success. I used to listen to the soundtrack to "The Straight Story", (another Badalamenti-David Lynch collab) over and over when I would go with my family to Colorado in the winter. Thanks for your feedback.
