The trick is to recognize if you're self-medicating a depression with it, or simply enjoying what is, quite honestly a drug like any other (in the sense that it's a product that creates an effect in your mind & body). Just like some people are addicted to marijuana while others just enjoy it occasionally without being dependent on it, it's possibly to enjoy getting off to imagery of attractive people doing sexual things without having a daily dependency on it.
