Been listening to some of these mixes by the cheekily named "Royal Subsonic Consortium" on Mixcloud for a couple of years now - I have some reason to believe that these mixes are done by Rephlex (or associated) artists.

For example, the Lardossen Commando mixes sound mysteriously identical to DJ Stingray 313's playlists... Adamovich's mixes sound exactly like Aphex Twin himself... The titles of the mixes, as well as the individual tracks in the mixes are chock-full of that dark playful humor as well...

Has anyone else ever listened to these mixes before? Does anyone have any clue to who this collective is? Are they simply DJ copycats who are copying the styles/records of other (more famous) DJs, or anonymous pseudonyms?
