  1. I’m not sure whether others have noticed this, haven’t seen mention of it this far, but PLUS (and to a slightly lesser degree, SIGN) sound really different on vinyl when compared to lossy digital. TM1 and ecol4 have a huge dynamic range on vinyl and the layered-ness of it all really shines through. Interestingly to my ears however, spotify and headphones sounds busier and more frenetic. It’s fascinating - neither one edges it as such - the difference almost make them feel like different tracks... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Due a reissue imho. Did anyone ever get to the bottom of the RTI pressing (180g numbered) vs standard pressing re: sound quality? Heard various people saying the RTI had “issues”, but no elaboration...
  3. XMAS_EVET 'hand percussion'. Big fan.
  4. Quite honestly, if you're going to do that, you may as well get a knosti disco or spin-clean device. The rack that comes with the knosti is useful in itself (I know people with big fancy 1k+ cleaners who still use it...) I got my knosti for about £45, and you can make more fluid yourself pretty easily. Wouldn't bother filtering your fluid, just make sure you're cleaning 10-15 lps per go to make it economical. *the rack with it allows the fluid to evaporate fairly rapidly, so no cloths required. I'd personally rehouse everything in polylined inners too if your budget allows.
