And yes, Same is genius, so much going on in a 2 minute track. Something tuggingly emotional about it to me.

Age Of gets better with each listen imo. Tracks that I thought were weak at first are starting to unravel - yeah, even Babylon!!
Yeah, this. This album deserves to be listened to on headphones. Absorb the exquisite detail without distractions. I still love R+7 something special, but I think Age Of is surpassing GoD for me.

Listened to the first one. Sounds pretty amazing. Nice punchy weirdly timed snares and beautiful background noises always make me happy
Thanks for listening, glad you enjoyed it. Hoping to find the time to get some deeper and more dynamic structures going, and hopefully work on a release I can be proud of.

Babylon and Warning are straight up unlistenable while Toys 2 and we'll take it are quite good. The rest is pretty forgettable, but I'm admittedly not a big fan. Just like to hear what he's up to. R + 7 is a great album front to back.
Somehow this just isn't 'weird' enough for me. I'm a little surprised by the auto tune. Maybe a move to be more accessible? Or maybe he just likes it.
Only heard snapshots so far, but i don't get the auto-tune either; tbh i was hoping it was just a one-off for Black Snow. Looking forward to the dope t-shirt more than anything else; R+7 is still the pinnacle for me.

These are really just exercises in re-calibrating a small system i built, but without the time/capacity for serious compositional arrangement or post-production. Thought I may as well share them here though since I still kind of like them. My influences are probably obvious.
