have you played with the demo? on clavias website, you can download a monophonic limited version (but you can save your patches!) It really can do anything you want, because you build your own synths.

nice setup man. what are the specs on your computer? love the impromptu keyboard stand using chairs and boxes. looks surprisingly ergonomic... normally i can't stand messes, but i think i'd be really comfortable in this studio. it definitely looks like a labor of love man. no true electronic musician's studio is complete without a soldering iron and exposed wires. :) definitely post some samples of that verb unit when you're able. would love to hear it. yeah, its pretty awesome with the chairs actually. I rest my feed on them a lot when working. I do want to get a proper stand for it though, as I could use those chairs. Just to the left of this pic, I just got a nice big futon and little table and some news lights (I hated my ceiling lights) so the room is so much more comfortable now. its very chill. the computers a quad G5 2.5 4 gigs ram

a mackie control universal, and extender unit. I love em, they really added a nice depth to mixing, opposed to just using a mouse.

so I made a shelf for my mackies, so I could push my mouse and keyboard under them, when I want to play the keyboard. everything is right in front of me. some pics.

Here is my studio in the works. I still need a proper stand for the keyboard, and I want to get some kind of drawer for the computer keyboard and mouse, which can be pushed under the mackie controls, or pulled out over the keyboard keys, for when I'm just editing.

man, if electronic music artist can make some money from their music, then awesome. its hard enough to make money with electronic music as it is, and now you're bitching that theyre getting a chance to make some cash? its not like they hired autechre to go make a NEW song for this ad, but keeping their autechre sound. someone making the ad thought "oh, this ae track that I like would work here" so they call up ae, and say, yeah, this song you wrote, its nice, heres some cash, and ae go "sweet!" you all would like to see your heros living out of cardboard boxes, wouldnt you?
