It's got some really nice moments, especially the wibbly tremolo noise - and I like the breakdown halfway through. Good tune on the bassline, but really just needs some added bit of sparkle somewhere to make it shine. It's got a lot of potential as there's nothing bad about it, it's just a bit ... generic at the moment. Give it a bit more personality and it'll be good.
