She gave me a couple of demos recording 15 years ago to muck about with and this is what I've come up with. They were mostly spur of the moment jobs so quite a lot is wrong with them. https://soundcloud.com/comphex/arachnophobia/s-9DtTI Remix of "Lullaby" by The Cure I did on a whim, thought I'd try to do a remix in an hour and see what the result was. The composition is in no way interesting, but I kept it like this just to stick to the 60 minute limit. https://soundcloud.com/comphex/romance-dub/s-2d4xf Thought I'd also share this, was the rejected submission I made for the Unfinished Skyscrapers compilation. machinemask Posted January 20, 2013 Share Posted January 20, 2013 Cool stuff. All the tracks have a consistent sound to them. I dig the downtempo vibe. I'd say keep pushing them, as right now they don't really resolve, IMO, but they're great points to work with. Last one is def my favorite though. Love it.
