Montreal production duo Grown Folk, fresh off a stellar EP for Icee Hot, has re-teamed with Bay Area cloud riders Main Attrakionz for the appropriately-titled Cloud City EP. Along with acting as Main Attraionz’ DJs, Grown Folk produced last year’s ‘Cloud Body.’

The seemingly long-gestating project is due out on March 11 in 12″ vinyl and digital formats via Templar Sound, the same label that released Grown Folk’s City Wind EP in 2011. Along with a pair of originals (‘Double M.O.B.’ and ‘Ice’), the EP includes remixes of both tracks by ex-Vex’d member Kuedo. (FACT)

Personally I'd prefer instrumentals of the Kuedo remixes. Also I was waiting for the Double M.O.B. remix to kick in some decent drum work as is the Kuedo way, but it didn't materialise... bit of a missed opportunity really.
