Trying to find Youtube cartoon of two cats talking about how galleries work

Does this ring a bell for anyone?

 

Its two cats, I think they're sisters, and they would critique things, the one I remember was about galleries and they say "they're always owned by old rich old guys" and one of the cats always talks about murdering the other cat in the videos? Driving me nut, my brother showed it to me about ages ago.
