OneToThirtySix
Procreation licensing based on IQ, literacy, and sympathy testing. Two-digit IQ's with a reading level of public education and no capacity for emotional attachment need not apply. Now we're talking. Fertility and intelligence does not go hand in hand, unfortunately. I'm not seeing a problem, if the goal is population control.
hoggy
Procreation licensing based on IQ, literacy, and sympathy testing. Two-digit IQ's with a reading level of public education and no capacity for emotional attachment need not apply. why is intelligence (IQ, literacy) valuable? can't simple people sometimes make the world a better place to live in? can't clever people fuck things up? sympathy? if by sympathy you mean caring about and understanding the feelings of others, these do not necessarily prevent you from mistreating them. can't cold, indifferent people do good things and treat people well? -- who would you trust to devise these tests anyway? or was it more a sort of purely theoretical answer? or a joke?
