Drukqs feels a bit like Richard's Exai. It's way before that, I know, but just in terms of overwhelming sonic craftsmanship it feels eerily similar.
It gives me sort of a room to sit in. Feels a bit like a cabin in the woods. Which is really just the beginning of it, the rest always unfolds differently according to the combination of my mood and the track playing. Not many albums can do this that well and I really appreciate it for being exactly that.
Exai is similar, gives me the same feeling with an entirely different outcome. -
Now there's the added possibility of µ-Ziq unleashing some of his stuff too...

This could be it for the uploads, despite being told its "the beginning" Aphex is still a piss-taker of the highest calibre, I'm not holding my breath and am more than chuffed with what is there already.
Joyrex said he is just getting started so this really is not the end of it. I hope he's not lying to us..

He's known that he won the grammy for two weeks now I think. I really wonder what his time-plan with the Soundcloud tracks are seeing as "he is just getting started" which is insane.
I still check the account every hour or so, damnit. Twitchy is definitely the right word for it.

not really, a few times throughout the thread people have posted comments about fake tracks, but nothing was as fucked up as when somebody said he posted 'i am steinvord'.
Oh alright. Yeah I got that about Steinvord but Mangle 11 is a confirmed AFX track which is kinda weird. Although I would enjoy another take on Mangle.

Apparently it's a modified 909/101, I can't really make out what it is exactly.
If you google it this comes up;
with the username "Kanaal van Richard200000" which is a bit odd. Definitely not Richard though. -
