  1. great game, all the music is good. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Mg4nIop-kc hearing this music makes me want to replay the game.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=heLjNzopT_Y never got into the game itself but I had taped the music at one point http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S3XMm4vwjzI http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypNPxwnppU0 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_zD0EoDWyxA
  2. thanks guys yeah it's loads of fun, very hands on.. winter so far has been good, not really much below zero.
  3. lol yeah I could say that it is because it gets really hot in here when I'm laying down the beats, but the truth is that they are not ventilators, but blow heaters. my house doesn't have central heating so we have to make do with these shitty blow heaters to warm up the place. makes a lot of noise too!
  4. http://soundcloud.com/zeitgeber24/watmm-studio-thread-vanity/s-otUwa still have to buy a new soundcard cause I can hear my harddisk crunching with my current one.
  5. btw the last track on the limbo soundtrack is amazing. the whole thing is great, but that one - especially in the game is very good.
  6. the music in Arcanum is the shit.
  7. cool thanks for the hexter backup, that's a cool little synth that got banned because of some lame GPL copyright protection crap. never kept a backup copy,..

  9. electrical fences around the perimeter
  10. got a really sweet piece of gear swiped away under my nose in the last nanosecond by some asshole on eBay
  11. lol yeah that door, think I'll just keep it like this for a while
  12. btw wearing my headphones now mixing haha, might switch that around sometime.. I would rather lose one table.. but the mixer doesn't fit on my computer desk....... oh well.
  13. I've read those CF readers are actually pretty buggy with the Yamaha's, and you can lose random data quickly.. just got my laptop harddisk fitted and it's great, almost stateless silence.. I can hear the fan again. you only need a converter from laptop sized to normal IDE, cheap stuff.
  14. I dunno man, it works fine.
  15. lol yeah and that, that's actually much faster then midi transfer so used to dragging and dropping..
  16. the A5k has 10 outs and 2 ins, the microQ 6 outs, 2 ins.. and my soundcard has 4 outs / 4 ins.. and I got them all hooked up the mixer has sweepable parametric EQ's, and it distorts very nicely when I'm overdriving the inputs. yeah happy with it. you could try MIDI transfers, that's pretty much the slow standard that works. takes ages to upload stuff that way but it should just work.. just hook it up to your computer and try it with something like soundforge.
  17. thanks man, yeah I like it a lot, it's a drag to fill it up with samples.. a choice between floppies, midi transfer or baking ISO 9660 discs (that's 8.3 filenames).. but once it's on the harddrive I can do some really cool stuff with it. and it's doubling as an aux effect as well.. works solid, and the reverb/n delays are nice.
