Fair point. I just tend to read aggro into anything RDJ. And I like to make up elaborate stories. But Occam's Razor. And I'd prefer to think he's a bit happier & mature these days anyway, yet still with the sense of humor. Definitely fits with his humor it seems. But what is the meaning of 'zis use of the expense list dealio on the CD cover? Can it not be a pisstake? Inquiring minds want to know.

this Oh, that makes sense too. I figure it's his doing. Totally his style. He probably made them agree he'd write it up... perhaps they then gave him shit saying "hurry up!" and so he just dictated it to his phone, the above presumably from "That same year, James also set out to promote the song and united with Grant..." But I just make stuff up to explain things, so anyone's guess...

Could he really have had time to use that snare drum machine (http://logosfoundation.org/instrum_gwr/snar2.html) in this release? 28.05.2014: Final cleanup, case and drum. Problem with frontal clamping in the case solved with a piece of aluminium profile. Cost calculation finished. 01.08.2014: <Snar2> , robosnare, left off for Albion. I mean learning its idisyncrasies, then properly recording it and mixing it into a track, all after delivery? Was just thinking... Edit: And that list of expenses on the album cover is hilarious. I guess he's telling Warp that's what he thinks their work is really worth?

What's with this "it's been 13 years" crap ppl (including news sources)? Even ignoring The Tuss (a grave and unforgivable error), the last "Aphex Twin" release was Analord 10, in 2005. ... Which also makes me think this could be like the best thing ever. Can you imagine an entire album of Fenix Funk- and xmd5a-quality stuff? Trying to be realistic though. But even "quite good" by AFX stds would be worth all the hype...

The plot thickens. A colleague wore this shirt today. This must mean a collaboration with the company I work for! LOL. And the post-its on my desk are the same color! How the hell did RDJ get these here, and like several months ago?! He's been master-planning this shit for so long! This is mind-blowing. too fucking right! *punches air with delight* Indeed. Was just listening to 3 notes con and love 7 just the other night. Such solid tracks to be side C's!

You earned 6 out of 8 cents! I'm guessing this confirms 1, 3, & 4, guys. JR himself said to check out the barcode, so that alone seems to confirm 1 &3... Not that that necessarily advances the ball, but the bar code must lead somewhere... I would almost believe the "9.2.14" graphic, but it's backwards except for in the US. Plus, the barcode appears to be European b/c it is 12 digits, where as US barcodes are generally 10 digits inside the bars. Ok, so what's with that barcode!?

Fenix Funk 5 - When the voice disappears and the synth sound takes the song into a totally new feel. xmd5a - the beginning of where the shaker sound stops for each switch back & forth of the synth sound. Frugeledon 6 - when the weird synth is going. W32.Mydoom - around 7 min, when the synth line goes from minor to major key. Heliosphan - twice when the drums are added at slightly unexpected timing.
