Yes, Plateforme on march 22 2010, release date of the physical for Oversteps. So at the time I owned Chiastic Slide and Quaristice but I was not huge into the chre, after listening to Oversteps I bought everything from them.

I'll always regret missing the 2010 Lyon show, the venue was literally 15 minutes away from my apartment. One week after, I bought the Oversteps CD and I became a complete fanboy.
Great timing.

Second track on the 10" is titled "afxfm e", I wonder if he's using the essence FM on that one, he helped Kodamo regarding the micro tuning features of the synth and Stéphane told me he ordered two EFM from them...

You know it was good when you start getting this kind of reviews lmoa
"Let's start by saying that we understand that Best Kept Secret is the most alternative of the major Dutch festivals, and that the headliners are therefore not always the most accessible or radio-friendly artists. That is not necessary at all. But in our view there is a fairly large difference between alternative and very niche. Aphex Twin fell into that second category as far as we were concerned. The only ones who seemed to enjoy the set from start to finish were the ones who were either walking around in good man T-shirts or completely under the influence of narcotics. The objective listeners and more casual fans of Aphex Twin were mostly confused and had to wait a long time for something high-profile to happen. Music is a subjective experience that is experienced differently by everyone, but what exactly was the thinking behind a headliner (and closing of the biggest stage, of all things) that is so niche that only a very select few could enjoy it?"

It was indeed quite funny seeing all the normies get confused and stop dancing when the beat changed a bit or things got a bit noisy or ambient for 10 seconds.
Also, how did people not cringe harder at the Christine And The Queens performance? I mean, she sure can sing great and the band is fine too but holy f those monologues in between made me wanna alt+f4 and go do something else, figuratively speaking, crazy b*tch I tell you.
Regarding Christine and the Queens :

Two Le Dom's tracks in one set, not bad.
