7 Cutting is so f'ing good.
It doesn't sound particularly dated either, not HAB era.... even sounds newer than Come to Daddy era. Really crisp production on it.
agree, it's in my 20 for those reasons exactly.

others + wisp?

This is gorgeous. Have you ever entertained the thought of a SAW111 for warp? Has got to be one of the most anticipated albums in electronic music history!

Glad he's back. New comment:
"Hi !, sorry about that, had to do that im afraid."
theory: 24hr ban for violating the soundclown Community Guidelines?
edit: ctrl+f for the term "suspend", but the comment is still there
fuck it.

per the comment on 27 dondo, we'll have back catalog tracks up to the tuss era!

there are more people following his user48736353001 account than the aphextwin account.
does this mean that there are more people who know who aphex twin is than there are people who know who aphex twin is?

Thanks ivan, i wasn't quite sure how posting own stuff in an aphex twin thread would be received, thats why I did not put in the link at first.
Yeah, hope you guys enjoy my piano transcription of the ending of ziggomatic:
This is amazing, nice job
yes! bravo!

My girlfriend put me on to Ben Frost's latest album, I reckon that's almost more menacing than RDJ's industrialish stuff.
yeah I mean i dont what so start some gender discussion but i seems his rougher, metallic 90´s stuff he uploaded ( the first 90 tracks ) is mostly for men ears ?This whole saga has left me on the edge, I don't know whether to crave more releases or settle for what we have.
28 Organ.... n_______n my gf said that it was 'nice' (melodies) but not something she would listen to. That's an accomplishment in my books!
does someone know girls who listen to ventolin or 73 yips ? just curious
Yeah I'd agree. I saw Ben play Aurora live and it was so loud that it caused me to hallucinate.
i heard he started bringing actual guitar amp stacks on stage with him, was that one of those shows?someone told me he was using a lot of clever guitar vst amp trickery to get by before that, sounded convincing though
I saw him play By The Throat and some other tracks at EMPAC during his residency there [some of AURORA was created using field recordings taken in one of the concert halls, iirc]. The bass was so intense my internal organs were resonating, I started to feel sick and it was to date the best live show I've been to.
big water ez doesn't have nearly enough plays you guys.

After opening the japan digipack, Syro immediately took permanent residence in my car. I drive a lot, and for approximately 90% of my commutes it's been the sound emitted from the speaks. Sometimes I start from the top, other times I pick up where I left off, there's hardly ever an case where I get out before the end of a track and after close to 100 loops, I can say with confidence say that this LP is more than appropriate for the Aphex Twin moniker and forces you to reassess the rankings of his LPs. Every track has a pace in the progression from open to close, and each is impeccable in form. It's not my favorite, but gd it's good [quite good, if you will].
It's hard to digest that RDJ will likely win a Granny tomorrow. But considering the competition, it shouldn't be a surprise and is overly deserving for such a perfect album.
SAW II, RDJ, Syro, SAW I, ICBYD, drukqs...in no particular order because I just keep shuffling these around as a result of perpetual indecision.

Is there an ideal canvas size for this sort of thing?

Left channel be like ,"but I'm le tired..."the tape fuckups on the cottage tracks
-
i've tried explaining to numerous individuals that no other 2015 release is relevant. this entire distribution is unfathomably awesome and massive. I'm super excited to see how this all plays out. i'm inclined to think there may be a use of the audience feedback (likes & listens) in the future. to rdj it'd be a filter of sorts, but does he really care?
perspective: 110 tracks in the first dump is two more than the total quantity found in the Aphex Twin LP discog. it would be stupid to think that he couldn't put a factor of 2 on all releases to date across all aliases with this act.
edit: th1, i'll rest easy tonight.

This. Decay of obsolete tech directly translates to quality works of art.I must say the occasional tape degradation on the 88-90 era tunes adds a pleasing William Basinski-esque quality to the tracks.
Edit: highlights for me on this round are water and Sekonda thru Bradley echoes. Water takes the cake, sounds so familiar and fits perrrfectly alongside 14 07 B and slightly with 12 space beat
